How can I buy your products?

Order directly here on the site. Add the Sukkah to your cart and check out — shipping is free anywhere in the United States, and most orders arrive in 2–4 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Google Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, and others.

Do you accept returns?

Because Sukkahs are seasonal, returns are accepted up to 14 days before the first day of Sukkos, and the Sukkah must reach us by that same date. It has to be unused and in its original packaging, with the box unopened and undamaged. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's cost. What is your shipping time?

Shipping is free on every Sukkah. Orders are processed the same day (Sunday–Friday) and typically arrive within 2–4 business days by UPS. Your Sukkah ships from our New York warehouse in two packages — one with the beams and bamboo poles, one with the fabric and accessories.

Do I need somebody to assemble my sukkah?

No. It's a straightforward DIY build with no tools and no construction experience needed — most people have it standing in 15 to 30 minutes. A detailed, illustrated instruction manual comes in the box.

Are your products durable?

Yes. The Sukkah 3.0 is built on an anti-rust phosphate-coated steel frame with welded steel corner joints, wrapped in PA-coated 300D canvas. It's designed to hold up in normal and windy conditions season after season. We also include three years of free replacement parts from the date of purchase.

What sizes does it come in, and how many people fit?

Our Sukkah is a single unit that expands to 15 different sizes, from 6' x 6' up to 10' x 10'. Every size stands 7' 6" tall.

The smallest size (6' x 6') fits about 4–5 people. The largest (10' x 10') fits about 8–10.

What keeps the Schach from falling?

Every Sukkah now includes 8 thick bamboo support poles and 16 bungees for exactly this. They lay across the frame underneath your schach and secure to it. You no longer need to buy your own lumber.

What are the poles made out of?

The frame is anti-rust phosphate-coated steel with snap-lock telescopic poles, 0.7mm tube walls, and 2mm solid steel connectors. The corner joints are welded steel.

Where are Prime Sukkah products manufactured?

They are designed in New York.

How do I clean and store the canvas?

Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle. Let the canvas air dry completely before packing it away — storing it damp is the main cause of mildew. The zippered storage bag is included with every Sukkah.

How does the Schach arrive?

The 10' x 10' Schach ships as two 5' x 10' bamboo mats, rolled and packed in a zippered storage bag with carrying straps.

Is your Schach kosher certified?

Our Deluxe Bamboo Schach is certified Kosher Mehadrin by Beth Din Minchas Chinuch Tartikov. The Sukkah kit includes Lavud straps for kashrus.

Can I combine multiple Sukkah’s to make a larger one?

Yes, though the combined Sukkah will have more than one door. Build each kit without its canvas, stand them side by side, then join them with the Lavud straps and wrap the combined canvases around the frame. Note there will be a bar across the floor where the two meet.

How does this sukkah work?

It's a single kit that adjusts to 15 sizes. Each iron pole is telescopic — press the button, pull it out to the notch you need, and it locks. The canvas has zippered fabric extensions that connect to match whichever footprint you build.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States, and shipping is free on every order.

If I place a pickup order, where and when do I pickup?

We no longer offer a pickup option, sorry for the inconvenience.

How do I combine Sukkah’s?

The way the Sukkah’s combine is by building each kit without the canvas, then placing the Sukkah’s side by side, and finally combining the canvases from both kits. Please note there will be a bar across the floor in between both Sukkah’s.

Is there a bulk shipping discount on the Sukkah’s?

Shipping is free on every Sukkah, including multiple units — there's nothing to discount. If you're ordering 20 or more and want them palletized, contact us and we'll arrange freight.

We are tax exempt, how can we order without paying tax?

If you’re outside of NY, taxes are not charged by default. If you're in NY and would like to apply your tax exemption, reach out to us via chat or the contact page.

I did not receive an order confirmation email or shipping updates?

Please check your promotions or spam folder. If you can't find it in your email, you may have not provided it. In that case, you will receive a SMS text message instead. If you still can't find it, reach out to us via chat or the contact page.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every Prime Sukkah 3.0 comes with free replacement parts for the first three years from the date of purchase, covering normal use. It does not cover misuse, improper installation, modifications, extreme weather, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear. To claim, email oren@primesukkah.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if you have them. Parts are free during the warranty period, though shipping on them may apply.

What's included in the box?

An anti-rust steel frame with snap-lock adjustable poles, weather-resistant PA-coated 300D canvas walls with a mesh door and windows, a middle roof support beam, 8 thick bamboo schach supports with 16 bungees, Lavud straps for kashrus, a zippered storage bag, and illustrated step-by-step instructions. Schach is sold separately.
