Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the United States. Orders ship from our New York warehouse via UPS and typically arrive within 2–4 business days.
Your Sukkah arrives in two separate packages — one with the beams and bamboo poles, one with the fabric and accessories. They usually arrive together, but not always. The buyer is responsible for providing an address that UPS recognizes as deliverable.
We have no control over the shipment once a package departs our location. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to any extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

Orders placed Sunday through Friday are processed the same day. We ship to all 50 states at no cost to you, and we build extra days into our estimates in case of carrier delays.

If you need your order before a certain date, contact us by phone or email before placing it so we can confirm whether we'll meet your deadline. If standard shipping won't arrive in time, expedited service is available. If you choose expedited, we aren't responsible if the carrier doesn't honor the expected timeline, though delays with UPS expedited methods are rare.

Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. As soon as your order is created, our team is hard at work to ensure that it's shipped the same day.
We won't ship an order if we don't expect it to reach you in time for Sukkos. If you're ordering close to the holiday, get in touch and we'll confirm what's realistic for your location.

Expedited 1–2 day service is available at additional cost if you need your Sukkah faster than standard delivery.
