Something bent, torn, rusted, or chipped? Send us the details and a few photos. Claims are reviewed within a few business days.

Gather your details
You'll need your order number and roughly when you bought the Sukkah. The warranty runs 5 years from the date of purchase.

Take clear photos
Photograph both the damaged part up close and the full Sukkah as it was set up. Setup photos matter — they show the Sukkah was properly assembled and anchored.

Submit and hear back
We review claims within a few business days. Approved replacements ship UPS Ground at our expense.

Please include at least one close-up of the damaged part and one photo of the full Sukkah as it was set up. Setup photos help us confirm the Sukkah was properly assembled and anchored, which is what the warranty requires. If your files are too large to attach, email them to [email protected] with your order number.

Covered
  • ✓Frame rust or chipping under normal seasonal use
  • ✓Frame bending from standard fall wind (generally under 30 mph)
  • ✓Wall fabric tearing under normal use during Sukkot
Not Covered
  • ×Storms, heavy winds, rain, snow, or hurricanes
  • ×Improper setup, anchoring, or unstable ground
  • ×Modifications, long-term outdoor exposure, or improper storage
Sukkahs are temporary structures and must be taken down or secured when severe weather is expected.

Submit the claim anyway. If it turns out not to be covered, we'll tell you and point you to replacement parts. If your claim is submitted within 7 days of Sukkot, you can request expedited shipping at your own cost so the part arrives in time.
